All items ship within one business day of payment. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. On most items when we get the payment by 10:00am we ship the SAME DAY.  Any payments received after 2pm Central Standard Time Friday will result in your item shipping the following business day, Monday. We do not ship , answer emails, or take phone calls on Sundays or any postal Holidays. We are open Saturdays from 10:00-6:00 central time but our shipping staff is not there. However , our retail staff will always do whatever they can to help you. Most items may be picked up at our large retail store on 2205 N. State Route 291 in Harrisonville, Mo. , Monday through Saturday from 9:00- at least 6:00.

Please do not provide a PO Box as your shipping address when choosing UPS Ground. Only USPS can deliver to a PO Box.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are subject to a shipping surcharge. Please contact us for exact quotes to these territories before purchasing.

Orders out of the US are shipped Priority Mail International. Customs duties , VAT's, brokerage fees, and taxes are NOT part of the quoted shipping cost and are to be paid by the customer when the package is delivered. Please check the fees in your country before bidding. We will not declare any item for less than the actual sale price.

If you receive a damaged item. please contact us either at 816-925-4686, or sales@butlermusic.com to initiate a return. Keep all original packaging materials.
