Return Policy

You may return most new items for a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer (you) is generally responsible for shipping charges both ways. We want all buyers to be happy and all buyers to get a great deal but we sell everything at a very small profit so we cannot generally afford to refund shipping costs on returned items If an item is defective and you are in the Continental US, we WILL pay return shipping and send a replacement for any defective item. If you are returning an item for a refund you must pay the return shipping. If you are outside the Continental US, you are responsible for all shipping both ways no matter what the issue is. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not bid if this is a problem. We generally do not give price adjustments or partial refunds and we NEVER do it for buyers outside the Continental US. If an item is good enough to keep, it should be good enough to keep at the price you paid for it. Please contact us directly if you have any problems at all before you return any item. Sometimes we ship a new product that is not perfect and since most of what we sell is new goods in sealed boxes we do not actually see some of the items we sell. Unfortunately, very rarely , we also make shipping mistakes and ship the wrong item. We want you to be happy so we will do whatever it takes to make you happy, but because of the high costs of shipping, if you are outside of the Continental US, the best we can do is offer you a full refund of your bid price after we get the item back. Again, if you are an international bidder and this is a problem please do not bid. Returned items must be returned with all parts, paperwork and packaging we sent it to you with and must be returned in the condition we sent it to you. *Wind instruments such as harmonicas cannot be returned to Butler Music and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement if defective. This is due to health and sanitation issues. Sorry, but it's the law! We strive for a positive experience with every transaction, so please contact us directly with any issues.
